Following several brief outages experienced on our Virgin Media (VM) circuit, VM have recommended a full end to end test of the circuit and equipment. VM will perform diagnostics to help resolve the repeat outages we have encountered.

Date and time of Change:
Thursday 6th June from 00:01 until 06:00

Description of the work:
Full end to end testing and swapping of SFPs at x2 locations during change window, monitor for errors. There will be reduced resiliency on the MS3 network, and some customers may lose connectivity briefly at 00:01 and again at 06:00. In addition, there may be a degradation in service during the testing period, however due to the timing of the work, we do not expect customers to notice any performance issues.
