CAB strike impacting SCN.

A plan has been drafted to permanently restore power and network services for customers:
Due to the damage that our CAB has sustained in the accident, we are required to build and install a brand-new CAB and power feed. The plan requires complex activity and co-ordination, with multiple internal teams and external contractors working in partnership. We will implement the service impacting element of our plan at 06:00 on Saturday 11th May, which will incur up to 14-hour downtime for some customers. Work will begin at 06:00 where customers will lose network connectivity. Services will be restored throughout the day as individual cables are re-provided to our new CAB. We have estimated 14 hours as a worst case and endeavour to restore services sooner.
